This was an urban design studio. There were several gaps in this area of Itaquera in the city of São Paulo, Brazil.

As an opening ceremony site of 2014 FIFA World Cup, it lacked a strong identity. As a train terminal, residents had no easy access to it. As a city sub-center, favela encompassed it. As a micro-small enterprise incubator, it faced initiate investment deficiencies.

This project tried to mitigate the difficulties by stimulating and stitching the streets together and implementing several start-up catalytic policies to create the hub vision.
