This urban design studio concerned our increasing food waste in our daily life. This seemingly unrelated opportunity later cooperating nearby Long Island Sound cities, becomes a regional urban waste processing system design. Unexpectedly, the video advanced from a simple documenting tool into a design analyzing tool to demonstrate the design vision.
