Where am I from?
Born and brought up in Shenzhen, I gained the advantages of ubiquitous interpretative skills switching between different perspectives from different communities, beliefs, cultures to practices. This is a young city of the miniature of modern China's miraculous development, where the traditional Cantonese spirit and entrepreneurship culture coexist and conflux. Both innovative and aggressive growth occurs in this world's largest mega-region - Pearl Delta.
Which area(s) am I in?
Years of architecture, urban planning, and urban design training witnessed my sophistication in comprehensive systematic thinking and methodology balancing requirements and responses, social needs, private interests, arrangements, and executions. The data science study prepared me with a bottom-up, data-driven arsenal in recent doctorate years for visual communicative skills. Harnessing the massive data from the urban daily life at scale will become invaluable in this interdisciplinary study.
